输油管线原油温度巡回监测系统

Oil pipeline crude oil temperature circuit monitor system

针对原油储库中输油管线的特殊环境和条件,研制了输油管线原油温度巡回监测系统,监测输油管线在不同输油状态下的温度数据,实现数据的显示、报警和存储。整个系统主要由上位PC机和下位单片机组成,利用Delphi编制的主控界面实现了上、下位机之间的可视化操作,半分钟刷新一次数据,一小时记录一次数据。系统在某储运销售分公司北油库输油管线上连续运行一年,安全可靠,测温准确,完全能够胜任对输油管线原油温度的巡回监测。

Aiming at the special environment and condition of the oil pipeline in crude oil storeroom, we manufacture the oil pipeline crude oil temperature circuit monitor system, to monitor the temperature data in different covey oil states, and to achieve the display; the alarm and the storage for the data. The superordination PC and the inferior scm compose primarily the whole system. Using Delphi to establish host cantrol interface achieves visible manipulation between the superordination and the inferior. Tbe received data refreshes every half minute and is recorded every hour. This system has already run in succession for one year at the north oil depot of the storage and transportation marketing branch company; which is safe, credible and exact. So it can adequate completely to the temperature circuit monitar for the oil pipeline.
