摘要
在全面分析FDM快速成型制件误差产生原因的基础上,着重分析了三角化过程及切片过程误差产生的原因。在三角化过程中,利用pro/E软件求出了不同弦差(ε)对应三角形数目。在切片过程中,分析了台阶效应产生的原因,并以四分之一的球体为例求出了阶梯误差(δ)的计算公式。最后提出了减小阶梯误差的方法,即斜切法、自适应切片法、直接切片法等。
The reason of fundamental errors in the process of STL and slicing is emphasized based on the overall analysis of the errors in the rapid prototyping technology by using fused deposition modeling (FDM).The number of triangle according to the εvalues is obtained by the software of pro/E in the process of STL. The reason of staircase is analysed,and furthermore,the calculation formula for the stair errors (δ) is established by the example of quarter sphere in the process of slicing In the end, measures improving the stair errors is put forward, which is sloped slicing adaptive control slicing,direct slicing.
