摘要
建立了发动机配气凸轮机构的动力学数学模型,提出了运用仿真技术对凸轮机构进行动力学分析的方法,介绍了在simulink下的凸轮机构仿真过程。通过实例得出:高速情况下考虑系统元件的弹性变形时,气门的加速度响应是大幅波动。该方法具有运算简便、精度高、速度快等特点。
The dynamic equations and simulation model of valve cam mechanism in vehicle engine are established successively. A method of dynamic analysis using simulation is put forward, and the process of valve cam mechanics simulation based on Simulink is introduced The instance shows that amplitude of valve acceleration is widelyfluctuation in highly rotation of valve cam, This method is more exact and efficient.
