楔块式离合器设计中径向变形评估研究

On evaluation of radial deflection in sprag clutch design

根据文献中的方法设计使用非标准楔块的楔块式离合器(简称非标准楔块式离合器)时,由于缺乏有效凸轮升程数据,无法进行径向变形评估。通过分析楔块的工作过程,给出了非标准楔块式离合器设计时的一种实用方法。对于自行设计、制造高性能楔块式离合器有一定指导意义。

Evaluation of radial defection can not be performed due to the lack of available cam rise when designing a sprag clutch using nonstandard sprags （called nonstandard sprag clutch）according to the relational literature.A practical way is presented for evaluating the radial defection in the design of nonstandard sprag clutch by analyzing the action of sprag during running. This method is helpful for independently designing and manufacturing high performance sprag clutch.
