探讨了高镍铬铸铁轧辊的切削性能,分析了高镍铬无限冷硬复合铸铁轧辊切削加工困难的原因,研究了切削刀具的适应性,通过在不同的加工阶段使用不同刀具和改善刀具几何参数等措施提高了高镍铬铸铁轧辊的切削速度和质量,同时切削加工的成本大幅下降。
