摘要
利用虫生真菌蜡蚧轮枝菌对湿地松粉蚧的自然种群进行控制试验,采用均匀设计方法,建立了蜡蚧轮枝菌使用浓度、使用次数对湿地松粉蚧自然种群的干扰作用控制指数之间的回归模型。结果表明,效果最好的是喷施3次,其次为1×109喷施2次,再次为5×108喷施3次,以害虫种群持续降低指标评价了实际应用中应采取的使用浓度和使用次数的合理组合。
The entomogenous fungi had a good control effect on the population of Oracella atuta (Lobdell). Regression models between the spraying dosage, spraying times of Verticillium lecanii and IIPC to Oracella atuta - were built up and the best resul was obtninde by sprinking×^9 three times. The practical and reasonable combinations of the dosage and times of the fungi were evaluated and determined by using the index of the pest population sustainable control.
