摘要
通过对大连市水资源现状和开发利用特点的分析,结合中长期供水与需水预测,得出调水是解决大连市水资源严重短缺的基本途径。文中分析了大连市调水工程的现状和实施跨流域调水的可行性,并且进一步提出只注重调水是不够的,还要在调水的基础上,采用节水等其它多种措施,以保持大连市经济与水资源的协调与可持续发展。
By analysis the fact of current situation and characteristic of Da Lian City water resource, and combinng the fundamental approach blending water, blending water is the fundamental approach of solving the shortage of water resource in Da Lian City and suggest that only paying attention to blend water is not enough. Need to take measures to save water resource and sustainable development.
