摘要
研究了利用大庙钒钛磁铁矿型尾矿制作玻化砖的可行性。实验结果表明利用大庙铁矿的全尾矿经过3h研磨可制成各项性能指标均符合商品玻化砖要求的实验室制品。经过5h磨细能进一步提高生坯强度和扩大烧成温度范围。添加10%粘土可起到与延长研磨时间相同的作用。尾矿玻化砖的最佳烧成温度为1140~1150℃。
The possibility of making polished ceramic tiles by using iron ore tailings of vanadium-titanium-magnetite type from Damiao iron Mine, Chende has been studied. The result of experiments shows that after milling the whole tailings for three hours, the good laboratory samples of polished ceramic tiles can be prepared. The physical and chemical properties of these samples can reach the standards of normal commercial products. After a five hours milling of the whole tailings, the strength of the green body can be increased significantly. The temperature range of sintering can also be significantly widen. Adding 10% of high plastic clay can also has the similar result as extending the milling time.
