摘要
在介绍英语教师自我评价、教学日志的界定及内容的基础上,进一步分析了教学日志作为英语教师自评手段的特点及其在记录中应注意的几个问题。
The definition of English teachers' self-assessment and that of teaching journal are clarified. In addition to that, the characteristics of teaching journal as a tool of English teachers' self-assessment and the issues to be paid special attention to in the process of writing teaching journals are discussed.
