摘要
分析了当前我国教育行政职能的偏失及其形成原因,指出,当前教育行政职能不符合建设法治型、服务型、有限型政府的要求,并依此提出了进一步转变我国教育行政职能的措施:教育行政职能的转变要以服务为核心,加强教育行政人员的专业化建设,教育行政规划要注重国家社会的需求与发展,实现教育行政的法制化,加强对教育行政的监督。
It is pointed out that today＇s educational administrative functions can not meet the need to build a law-based, service-oriented government with limited power. The strategies to further change the educational administrative functions are put forward： with serving people as its core, the change will take place from the following aspects： strengthen the professionalizing of educational administrative staff; take into consideration of the needs and development of society when doing educational administrative plan; realize the educational administration under rule of law; reinforce the supervision of educational administration.
