摘要
目的建立丹参缓释片中丹参素的含量测定方法。方法采用RP-HPLC法,色谱柱为Eurospher-100C18(4.6mm×250mm;5μm);流动相:甲醇-1%冰醋酸(15∶85);流速:1.0ml/min;紫外检测波长280nm;柱温:室温。结果丹参素的线性范围为9.055-144.879μg/ml;相关系数为0.9999;加样平均回收率为97.34%(RSD=0.80%)。结论该法操作简单,结果准确,重复性好,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。
Objective: To develop a method for the quantitative determination of danshensu in sustained release tables of salvia miltiorrhiza. Method: By RP HPLC the chromatographic column is Eurospher - 100 C18 (46mm ×250mm, 5μm), the mobile phase is methanol 1% acetic acid (15: 85), the flow rate is set 10ml/min; the detection wavelength is at 280nm. Results: The linearity ranges of Danshensu are 9. 055 - 144879μg/ml, the correlation is 0. 9999; the average recovery of adding sample is 97. 34% ( RSD =0. 80% ) . Conclusions: The operation is simple, the result is accurate, the reproducible character is good. It is for the quality control of sustained release tables of salvia miltiorrhiza.
