不同杏品种幼果抗寒性研究 被引量:16

摘要 以抗寒性不同的8个杏品种优选一号、优选二号、红丰、新世纪、兰州大接杏、骆驼黄、凯特、金太阳作为材料,研究了杏幼果经过低温处理后各种生理指标的变化。结果表明:其幼果的半致死温度分别为-1.19、-1.23、-1.02、-0.87、-2.86、-0.75、-0.97、-0.67℃。SOD、CAT、POD较高的活性利于幼果抗寒;脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖较高含量也利于幼果抗寒;MDA含量与过氧化氢含量的提高和超氧阴离子产生速率的增加会进一步伤害植物组织细胞。8个供试品种幼果抗寒性排序为:兰州大接杏>优选二号>优选一号>红丰>凯特>新世纪>骆驼黄>金太阳。 8 varieties of apricot with different hardiness, i. e. , Youxuanyihao, Youxuanerhao, Hongfeng, Xinshiji, Lanzhoudajiexing, Luotuohuang, Kate, and Jintaiyang were sed to study their physiological indices after a series of chilling treatment to apricot young fruits. The results showed that LT50' were - 1.19℃, -1.23℃,-1.02℃,-0.87〉℃, -2.86〉℃, -0.7〉5〉℃, -0.97℃ and -0.67〉℃ respectively. Higher activities of SOD, POD and CAT were favoarable to cold resistance; Higher contents of proline, soluble sugar, soluble protein also were favoarable to cold resistance; Higher content of MDA, O2^·- 〉 , and H2O2 could hurt plant tissue cells. From the analysis the order of hardiness of apricot youny fruits was: Lanzhoudajiexing 〉Youxuanerhao 〉Youxuanyihao 〉 Hongfeng〉 Kate 〉 Xinshiji 〉Luotuohuang Jintaiyang.
