3个东方百合品种生物学特性观察及杂交亲和性研究 被引量:6

摘要 为加快商品价值高的百合新品种选育进程,有效利用国外百合优良品种资源,对东方百合‘Calvados’、‘Action’和‘Siberia’的特性进行了观察,并以此为亲本进行双列杂交(不包括自交),通过测定杂交后蒴果坐果率、膨大程度、有胚率、幼胚生长量等指标,进行了百合亲和性研究。结果表明:‘Calvados’和‘Action’‘Siberia’3个品种均具有商品价值,‘Calvados’和‘Action’作为父母本时杂交亲和性高、可育性好,是优良的亲本材料,‘Siberia’作为母本杂交时亲和性较低,但可以作为杂交父本材料。 In order to estimate the cross compatibility among three kinds of Lilium oritential, the biological characteristics were investigated and the percentage of capsule sits, capsule size, percentage of embryo and other indicators were used to showed the compatibility of the six combinations. The results indicated that ' Calvados' and ' Action' were excellent parental materials, ' Siberia; affinity was not so better as female.
