我国目前煤矿充填开采技术现状 被引量:75

Status-quo of Filling Mining Technology in Coal Mines of China

摘要 分析了我国顶板控制方法,提出充填控制方法将是资源与环境友好开采的好途径。总结了目前我国两类充填方法,一是巷柱式充填法;一是长壁式充填法。认为充填开采要推广须进行部分充填、可控制性下沉理论研究,在减少充填材料消耗的同时,尽可能降低充填工艺对回采的影响,并使地表下沉在合理的范围内,从而为充填设计提供理论指导;同时要研发充填材料与装备,如输送机、充填支架等。 Roof control methods were analyzed and filling control was regarded as a good one for environment in this paper. There are two kinds of filling methods in China currently. One is roadway filling and another is long-wall filling. For popularization of filling, Part filling and controllable subsidence theory must be researched. Influence of filling technique on mining must be reduced and surface subsidence be controlled within reasonable range at the same time of reducing filling material consumption, which provide theoretic instruction for filling design. Filling material and equipment such as conveyer and support for filling need to be researched as well.
