摘要
为了改善徐庄煤矿7193综放工作面出煤系统的设备性能,采用理论与实践相结合的方法,研究了出煤巷运输设备的优化组合与技术改进。结果证明,通过引进和改进带式输送机胶带转弯装置以及对出煤巷转弯胶带机尾进行的技术革新,实现了生产系统的机轨合一运输、出煤系统的连续变向和安全高效运输,最大限度地提高了出煤系统的稳定性。该成果对类似条件下工作面出煤系统的优化具有很好的参考价值和指导意义。
For improving capability of coal output system in 7193 Full-mechanized Caving Mining Face in Xuzhuang Colliery, optimal grouping and technology reformation were researched with combined methods of theory and practice. Results showed that by introducing and reforming turning instrument of belt conveyor and reforming tail of turning conveyor, combined transportation of railway and conveyor of production system, successive diversion of coal output system and safe transportation with high effect were realized and stability of coal output system was improved at the most. The optimization result may provide reference and instruction for the optimization of coal output system in mining face with similar conditions.
