摘要
定义了天然合成子、第二级天然合成子和模式结构。从天然合成子概念探索了天然产物的源流关系。以有机合成“第一原理”出发对比了天然产物的人工合成与天然合成的差距。分析了天然产物研究中的基本问题和生源研究。将第二级天然合成子从抽象提升为具体，并对其组成作了进一步探讨。揭示了具有三个互成６０角对称轴并将１５个碳原子分布在三个同心圆上的麝香酮类的结构。
Natural,natural Synthon Ⅱ and model construction were defined.Origin and development of natural products were probed from the concept of natural synthon.On the“the first principle”of organic chemistry artificial synthesis of natural products was contrasted with the natural synthesis.Some basic problems and biogenesis on natural products research were analysed.The natural synthon was raised from abstract level to the concrete and its composition was further discussed.A structure of muscon with three the axes of symmtry at 60 each other and 15 carbon atoms in three concentric circles were presented.
