浅析课堂教学评价模式的重建

摘要 传统的课堂教学评价模式存在着诸多的弊端:过分注重教师的教学技巧,忽视学生的实际收获,从而导致一些教师的课堂教学"华而不实";以"一堂课"为落脚点的评价方式,忽视具体课堂教学与教学总体设计之间的差异,影响了评价的科学性;基于培养少数"尖子生"的选拔性评价观,忽视学生的层次性和教学目标的整体性,违背了素质教育的基本原则。这就要求我们以素质教育的教学理念转变传统的课堂教学评价模式,促进教学改革的健康发展。 There exist many disadvantages in the traditional classroom teaching evaluation modes: Overemphasis on teaching techniques while neglecting students' actual learning, only to cause seemingly successful but actually ineffective lessons; The only-one-lesson evaluation method while neglecting the differences between classroom teaching and the whole teaching design, affecting the scientific evaluation; The selective evaluation modes based on the teaching belief of only a few:top students while neglecting students' different levels and the integrity of teaching goals, violating the fundamental principles of quality-oriented education. To further the teaching reform, we should convert the traditional evaluation modes under the guidance of quality-oriented education.
