Analysis on Affective Factors of Village Doctors in Reporting Notifiable Diseases

目的找出村医漏报传染病的原因,为制定相关政策提供依据。方法采用分阶段整群抽样法,从河南省报告水平中等县随机抽出一个平原县和一个山区县作为样本县,每个样本县随机抽4个乡镇作为样本乡,对样本全体村医进行调查,统计分析采用非条件logistic归因分析。结果"接诊过传染病人"、"有乡村医师资格"、"掌握传染病诊断标准数"、"传染病相关知识得分"、"有传染病报告卡"以及"报告传染病没有报酬"均与被调查人是否报告传染病有关。结论诊断传染病的技术水平低,从事防保工作没有报酬以及缺乏必要的报告工具是影响河南省村医报告法定传染病的主要因素。

Objectives To find out affective factors of village doctors in notifiable diseases report in Henan Prov, and to provide basis for formulating policy on reporting notifiable diseases. Method Adopting multistage stratified cluster sampling, a plain county and a mountain county were chosen randomly as samples from which reporting incidence of infectious diseases was within moderate level in Henan Prov. Each sample county chose 4 towns as samples. An investigation was conducted for all village doctors of sample towns, statistic analysis adopted logistic regression. Results Positive factors for reporting infectious diseases are 1. having diagnosed infectious diseases ;2. owning village doctor qualification; 3. having mastered the number of diagnosis standard of notifiable diseases ;4. the score of knowledge on notifiable diseases report ;5. owning notifiable diseases cards; and negative factor is because of no pay. Conclusion The main reasons that affected village doctors reporting notifiable diseases are no pay for reporters, low level in diagnosing infectious diseases and lacking of necessary tools in reporting notifiable diseases.
