摘要
用极化曲线和交流阻抗技术研究了改性后的十八胺(MODA)在1mol/L盐酸中对20碳钢的缓蚀性能。结果表明:MODA的缓蚀作用机理系几何覆盖效应,它在金属表面吸附成膜后,提高了腐蚀反应的活化能,其吸附规律符合Flory-Huggins吸附等温式。
The inhibition of the modified octadecylamine (MODA) for 20 carbon steel in 1 mol/L hydrochloric acid was studied with polarization curve and ac electrochemical impedance technique. Results showed that inhibition mechanism of MODA was geometry covering effect. It enhanced activation energy of corrosion reaction after it adsorped on metal surface. The adsorption pattern was obedient to Flory-Huggins adsorption isotherm.
