摘要 针对复杂轮廓零件数控加工的实际要求,设计了一种在可控弦高误差插补算法基础上加入前瞻功能的自适应非均匀B样条插补算法。该方法能够根据曲线的形状,自适应地调整进给速度,保持速度平稳,并通过前瞻模块在速度变化敏感区域对加减速进行处理,满足机床加减速要求。 An adaptive B-spline interpolation arithmetic with look-ahead function based on the chord error is designed to meet the requirement of NC machining of complex contour parts. In this proposed interpolation, feedrate can be adjusted adaptively to achieve constant feedrate. In order to meet the acceleration/deceleration request of machining, a look-ahead function is designed to detect and adjust the feesrate in the feedrate sensitive sharp corners.
