摘要
阐述了中型电机成型线圈的热压成型工艺,在实验的基础上,研究并设计了中型电机成型线圈热压成型装备。实验证明,该热压成型机能够满足线圈的热压成型工艺要求,并能提高劳动生产率,适于现代电机制造业发展。
The hot-pressing technology is introduced and the hot-pressing equipment is designed for formed coils of middle s;zed motors based on experiment. This equipment can meet the requests for the hot-pressing technology of formed coils, and enhance the working productivity fitting for development of the modern motors manufacturing.
