摘要
高精度孔的加工一直以来是个难题,除零件自身的原因外,精密镗削机床的精度对其起着决定作用。文中针对高精度孔在镗削加工中出现的实际问题,通过分析和研究,确定了不稳定因素,并提出了有效的改进方案。通过对改进后的镗床进行加工验证,镗床的加工精度及其所加工内孔的重要指标精度均有了显著提高。
The processing of high-accuracy hole is always a difficult problem in the past time, except the cause of the parts, the accuracy of precision-boring machine plays a decision role. According to the actual problem in the precision machining of the high-accuracy hole, through analyzing and studying, we made certain the unsteady factor and suggested the effective improving scheme. By carrying out a processing measurement about the improved hoting machine, its machining precision and the important target precision of the inner hole make a mighty advance.
