摘要
以国内某桥梁厂生产的32m全自动液压内模为研究对象,针对其标准段刚度不足问题,提出了解决方法,并应用有限元分析软件ANSYS对其进行了刚度分析,然后对标准段钢架截面尺寸进行了优化分析,得到了最优解,并减轻了内模标准段重量。
This thesis use the Chinese raihoad 11 bureau of zhuzhou bridge factory's 32 meter full-automatic liquid press of the inside mold for research object, for the shortage of rigid,put forward the improvement measure, after analytical the rigid, then make use of ANSYS's optimize analytical module to optimize the steel frame of the standard segment, acquire the best structure parameter of the template steel and make the weight more ligth.
