UG二次开发技术在夹具自动化设计中的应用

摘要 通过对夹具定位原理的研究和分析,以及对UG二次开发工具的研究和应用,介绍了利用VC6.0的MFCAppWizard来建立工程,给出了在VC编译环境下使用MFC开发UG应用程序的方法、步骤及界面实现技术,并开发出了夹具定位分析模块,实现了夹具定位方案合理性的自动判断,并最终通过实例验证了该系统的功能。 Through the research and analysis of locating theories of fixture,and research and application of Secondary development kits based on UG. The paper also introduces the method, the step and the realization technology of interface to develop the UG application procedure using MFC tinder the VC++ translation environment. Module of fixture locating analysis is also developed. This system can realize automaticlv judgement in rationality of fixture locating scheme. Finally. an example was given to validate the system's function.
