摘要
基于虚拟样机技术,利用三维CAD软件Pro/E和ADAMS软件建立了液压式输弹机的机-液一体化虚拟样机,并对其进行了VV&A验证;将其作为故障仿真平台,建立了以输弹油缸活塞间隙为典型故障参数的故障模型并进行了故障仿真;通过仿真研究明确了故障影响规律并确定了故障参数的阈值。
Based on virtual prototyping technology, a virtual prototype of hydraulic ramming device was established by use of 3D CAD Pro/E and ADAMS software. VV&A of the ramming device virtual prototype was carried out and its credence was proved. Using piston clearance as fault parameter, its corresponding fanh model was established and fault simulation was carried out. Finally, the effect regulation of piston clearance to ramming perfurmanee was confirmed and fault factors' threshold value was achieved.
