摘要
报道用碘－淀粉分光光度法测定植物样品中微量碘的含量。吸光度和含碘溶液浓度呈线性关系，可检测范围０．１－３０μｇ／２５ｍｌ，回收率为９０％－１２５％，变易系数不超过６．５％。
A spectrophotometric method for determining trace iodine in plant has been developad . The method has a linear relationship between the absorbances of solutions containing iodine and their respective concentrations. ranging from 0 to 30μg/25ml.The accuracy and precision are satisfactory .The recovery is 90%-125%, and the coefficent of variation is lessthan 6 . 5 %.
