摘要
针对高校教师的特点,构建出高校教师对学校忠诚的心理契约模型,分析了高校教师的心理契约与其行为忠诚和态度忠诚的内在关系,从心理契约的角度探讨了针对高校教师的管理策略,为目前高校吸引人才、管理人才和留住人才提供有益参考。
This paper analyzes the characteristics of the university teachers. Based on the psychological contract between the university teachers and the university, this paper constructs a model that how to make the teachers to be loyal to the university, analyses the connection between the psychological contract and the teacher' s loyalty, and discusses the ways of managing the university teachers.
