This paper analyzes the characteristics of the university teachers. Based on the psychological contract between the university teachers and the university, this paper constructs a model that how to make the teachers to be loyal to the university, analyses the connection between the psychological contract and the teacher＇ s loyalty, and discusses the ways of managing the university teachers.
