摘要
在研究聚苯硫醚与聚金属硅氧烷(PMS)形成互贯网络的过程中,经DTA和MFN分析,选择了交联剂.通过在PPS-PMS共混体系中添加交联剂、流平剂等助剂,改进涂料的熔融流动特性和涂层的表面状态,应用热熔融喷涂工艺,得到一次厚涂覆500μm、表面光滑、无针孔的耐腐蚀涂层,工艺时间从原先4~6h缩短到1.5~2h.
According to the DTA and MFN tests, the crosslinking agents of the PPS resin were chosen, which were applied in the formation of interpenetrating network between PPS and PMS. Adding the crosslinking agents, fluent agents etc. to the blending PPS-PMS, we have improved the melting flowing character and the sur-face status of the coating. Applying the melting spraying technique, we gainasmooth free-pinhole and anticorro-sive coating. The coating processing period was reduced from 4~6 hours to 1. 5~2 hours comparing with the orig-inal slurry spraying process.
