摘要
蔗糖酯为一种新型非离子表面活性剂，广泛用于食品、化妆品、洗涤剂等行业。本文对蔗糖酯的应用、蔗糖酯及多糖酯的合成作了简要概述，指出了发展前景。
Sucrose ester is a new nonionic surfactant which used in food,cosmetics,detergents etc.The application of sucrose ester and the synthesis of sucrose ester and polysaccharose ester are introduced briefly in this paper,meanwhile,the prospect of their development is also included.
