Study on Easycare and Shrinkage-Proof Finishing of Pure Silk Crepe

本文阐述了影响真丝双绉防缩免烫的几个重要因素;介绍了织物伸长率与缩水的关系和红外ATR快速检测交联情况的质量监测方法;提出了二浴法工艺可使织物在防缩免烫、手感风格、绉效应等方面得到良好平衡的结论。

This paper explaines several important fa(?)tors influening on easycare and shrinkageproof of pure silk crepe, and introduces the relationship between the fabrics extension and shrinkage rate, and the quick method of the quality testing of cross-linking with Infrared Spectrophotometer ATR(Attenuated Total Reflection). It presents a conclusion that the two-bath process can make a compromise between easycare,shrinkage-proof, handle style, wrinkle-effect, and etc. of pure silk.
