摘要
研制的LCC复合促进剂由变价的钻、稀土和碱金属的有机酸盐按一定比例组成,用于不饱和聚酯树脂固化具有用量少、固化快,固化膜色浅的特点,并可明显降低昂贵金属钻的用量。介绍了LCC复合促进剂的作用机理和生产工艺。讨论了金属钻、钾、稀土的最佳用量对不饱和聚酯树胭的固化时间、凝胶时间、贮存稳定性等性能的影响。
The developed LCC compound promotor consists of carboxylate of cobalt, rare-earth and alkali metals at a certain ratio, which can be used to promote the curing of unsaturated polyester resin, featured by its lower level, fast curing and light color, and reduction dramatically of expensive cobalt. The mechanism and production process of LCC compound promotor has beendescribed. And the influence of levels of Co, K and rareearth metals on the properties of unsaturated polyester resin, such as curing time, gel time and storage stability has been discussed.
