摘要
应用有限元分析软件ANSYS对辊压机行星减速器的行星架进行静力加载分析,以达到辊压机额定扭矩三倍负荷进行分析,模拟其在该负荷状态下的应力分布、整体刚性等信息,检查其是否能满足使用要求.
This paper had some analyses of static load on the planetary frame of a roll press planetary reducer by means of the ANSYS software, and simulated such information as stress distribution and whole rigidity etc. under this load three times the rated torsional moment of a roll press and validated whether they could meet the requirements for use.
