摘要
通过对水平下调式三辊数控卷板机卷板加工工艺过程的分析和数学建模,得出卷板机的一次进给不对称卷板工艺的数学模型,并编制VC程序将之作为卷板机数控系统实现自动编程的一个模块,实现了卷板的自动加工编程.
Through analyses and mathematical modeling on bending process of a level down-regulating styled three roller bending machine, this paper derived the mathematical model of once feed asymmetrical bending process for the bending machine from it, and compiled the VC program and made it be one module of automatic programming .for the bending machine numerical control system to realize the automatic process programming of bending sheet metal.
