摘要
分析了摩擦任砖机在工作过程中压力与耐火砖厚度之间的关系,提出了用监控设定压力阀值来动态检测耐火砖厚度尺寸的方法。利用该方法建立的监控模型系统较大地提高了耐火砖厚度尺寸动态检测精度,保证了耐火砖的几何尺寸质量。
The relationship between pressing force and thickness of firebricks during the work of friction press has been analyzed.A method that can mcasure the thickness of bricks dynamically by monitoring the pre-set threshold has been proposed. The monitoring system developed by this method improves the dynamical precision of the thickness of bricks to alarge extent, so that the geometrica1 dimension quality can be effectively assured.
