明胶—葡甘聚糖—聚乙烯醇肥料包膜的制备及性能 被引量:1

摘要 以甲醛作交联剂,甘油为增塑剂,用溶液共混法制备了明胶-葡甘聚糖-聚乙烯醇缓释肥料包膜.测定了包膜的吸水率、拉伸强度和断裂伸长率,考察了明胶、葡甘聚糖、聚乙烯醇的质量比,甲醛、甘油用量对包膜的耐水性能和力学性能的影响,同时研究了包膜中尿素的释放性能.结果表明:在50℃下,当甲醛用量为5ml,甘油用量为0.5ml,明胶、葡甘聚糖、聚乙烯醇的质量比为4∶3∶3时,制备出的包膜综合性能较好,膜中尿素有良好的缓释性能.该条件下包膜中原料之间产生了较强的相互作用,形成了一个较稳定的复合体,且具有良好的缓释性能. The biodegradable coating materials of fertilizers were made of gelatin Konjac Glucomannan and Polyvinyl alcohol by blending and crossing linking reaction in this paper. The ratio of Gelatin, Konjac Glucomannan and Polyvinyl alcohol , the dosage of formaldehyde and glycerol were studied to influence water absorption, tensile strength and breaking extension of the blend film. And the blend films tilted to get the blend films coast with urea were studied. It was found that, the blend film exhibited the best overall properties, when he blending temperature was 50℃ ,the content of formaldehyde in the system was 5ml, the content of glycerol was 0.5ml, the blending time was 1h, while the ratio of Gelatin, Konjac Glucomannan and Polyvinyl alcohol was 4/3/3. The results show that there are interactions in the raw materials and the product is a stable compound, The blending and crossing-linking result in an improvement of compatibility and mechanical properties, and the controlled release of urea from the blend film were studied and the result showed a satisfactory character of the blend films.
