摘要
目前微波小功率标准装置采用低反射系数等效信号源结构,在量值传递过程中,等效信号源反射系数的大小是影响系统测量准确度的关键,而信号源输出端反射系数的测量一直是微波计量中的技术难题。对等效信号源反射系数的常用测试方法进行了介绍,结果表明,大失配功率座法适用于各种等效信号源的反射系数的测量。
At present, low reflectance equivalent signal generator is adopted on microwave small power standard deviee. Reflectanee of equivalent signal generator affeets the measuring aeeuracy of system and refleetanee measuring of signal generator is a difficult problem. The author introdueed eommon measurement methods to measure refleetanee of equivalent signal generator. Results show that big mismateh power mount method ean apply to measure refleetance of various equivalent signal generators.
