摘要
储油罐罐底变形引起的计量误差,是目前全国从事油品储存加工企业急需解决的一个问题。以容量比较法为测试验证方法,采用罗斯蒙特0.1级质量流量计,测试储油罐罐底基础沉降与罐底板形成间隙引起的夹层(暗舱)而造成的差量。将测得的差量结果来重新修正容量表,解决了储油罐因罐底变形造成计量误差的问题,大大提高了罐容使用的准确度。
The metrology errors caused by oil storage tank jar bottom deformations were urgent problems need to solve in the oil product storing and processing enterprises throughout the country. The dispatch amount caused by the interlayer (dark cabin) deformation, the gap between the basis settlement of the oil storage tank jar bottom and its bottom board was tested with the capacity comparison method and the Ross Mengte grade-0.1 mass flowmeter. It solved the metrology errors caused by bottom deformations of oil storage tank jars through calibrating the capacities with the measurement results. And it increased the accuracy of effective tank capacity greatly.
