P-选择素及其配体相互作用与动脉粥样硬化 被引量:4

摘要 动脉粥样硬化(atherosclerosis,AS)是严重危害人类健康的疾病之一。炎症与AS的每个阶段有着密切的关系,进一步揭示AS发病机制中炎症机制的触发因素和具体作用环节有助于发现新的治疗靶点。P-选择素(P—selectin,PS)是介导炎症细胞在内皮表面滚动黏附的重要黏附分子,是炎症早期介导白细胞黏附等级联反应的重要前提和初始基础。PS与其配体(PS/PSGL—1)相互作用,活化血小板,促进血小板-白细胞聚集和血栓形成,参与内皮损伤、介导炎症细胞黏附而使脂质沉着,促使动脉粥样硬化的形成,在心脑血管疾病中发挥着重要作用。以PS/PSGL-1为靶点来防治心脑血管疾病日益受到国内外的关注,现将其在AS中的作用与意义综述如下。
