模式识别受体TLR4与动脉粥样硬化的关系

摘要 天然免疫系统是宿主免疫防御机制中的重要部分之一。它在宿主对微生物的识别以及清除,细胞凋亡与坏死,炎症等有着重要作用。病原体相关分子模式(PAMPs)是病原体的基本成分或者为病原体的产物,能被天然免疫系统的模式识别受体(PPRs)所识别。存在着三种模式识别受体(PPRs):可溶性的细胞外受体(如补体)、膜相关受体(如TLRs)、细胞内受体(如NOD蛋白)。其中Toll样受体被证明为天然免疫的关键模式识别受体;每种TLR识别一个成分广且大量的特殊配体库(内源性和外源性)后,始动相应的特定信号转导途径,激活人体的免疫应答。
