摘要 将环氧树脂与液体丁腈在氮气保护150℃条件下反应1h得增韧环氧树脂,即胶粘剂A组份.将其与B组份改性胺固化剂按A:B=100:30(重量比)配制成一种新型高温快速固化环氧树脂胶粘剂.研究表明,该新型胶粘剂在1900c下,8min快速固化,所得固化物可在-20℃-120℃交变温度的环境下使用,并具有良好的耐热性能和较高的剥离强度. A toughening epoxy resin is prepared by mixing epoxy resin and liquid nitrile-buta- diene at 150℃ for 1 h under N2 atmosphere, which was used as component A. Component B is made of modified amine curing agent. A new expediting solidified adhesive is prepared by mixing the component A and B by weight ratio 100:30. The results show that it has good heat resistance and high peel strength under the alternating temperature condition between -20℃ and 120℃, when it was solidified in 8 minutes at 190℃.
