辩证中求发展——论外国文学的课堂教学与学术研究

摘要 在当前高校教学改革的总体趋势下,如何认识外国文学的教学实践与学术研究之间的关系,重塑外国文学的教育理念,业已成为推进外国文学教学改革的一个重要问题。本文认为,由于对象和任务的不同,外国文学的教学实践与学术研究之间存在着很大的差异。从事外国文学教学的高校教师,应该清醒意识到外国文学教学的特殊性,即外国文学教学的当代性、本土性和针对性这三个特点,从而真正发挥外国文学自身的学科特性,实践教书育人的基本理念。 The academic research of foreign literature and the teaching and teaching research of it differ from each other greatly in terms of the extent of thought freedom due to the fact that they have respective research objectives and tasks. Namely, there are no forbidden areas in academic exchanges while there are disciplines in classroom teaching. Teachers in higher education who are engaged in teaching and research of foreign literature should have an insight of the discrepancy between the two jobs from their standpoint and start point, since they undertake the two jobs at the same time. This paper suggests that the peculiarity of the per- spective of foreign literature teaching and research be manifested in the following three aspects : modernization, localization and pertinence.
