创伤性休克患者凝血-纤溶系统与DIC的相关性研究

Relationship between Coagulation-Fibrinolysis System and DIC in Patients with Traumatic Shock

目的比较创伤性休克患者PT、APTT、D-D、FDP、3P的变化并分析与并发DIC有无相关性。方法检测250例创伤性休克的患者(其中72例并发DIC)的PT、APTT、D-D、FDP、3P试验,并分析比较这些试验结果的表达水平及探讨创伤性休克患者并发DIC的相关性。结果各种实验室指标的阳性率不同,D-D试验的表达水平较高,PT与APTT、FDP与3P、3P与D-D的阳性率之间有显著相关性,其余各指标两两之间无显著相关性。结论选择恰当的实验指标组合可降低DIC的漏诊率和增加实验诊断的有效性。

Objective To study the relationship between disseminated intravascular coagulation（DIC） and the changes of AP, APTT, D-D, FDP,3Ptest in patients with traumatic shock. Methods AP, APTT, D-D, FDP and 3P test were performed in 250 cases of traumatic shock（ 72 cases complicated with DIC）. The correlation between the test results and DIC was analyzed. Results The positive rate of each laboratorial index was different, the high sensitivity was found in D-D test. The correlations of positive rate between PT and APTT,FDP and 3P test,3P test and D-D test were obviously. Conclusions The proper combining tests is helpful in the diagnosis of DIC.
