摘要
分析了“便携式火药分析试验综合信息平台”的关键组件——SP2100气相色谱仪数据采集卡的工作原理,对采集卡硬件、软件进行了设计。在采集卡软件设计中,重点对固件程序设计及驱动程序设计进行论述。试验证明:SP2100气相色谱仪数据采集卡提高了试验系统自动化程度和试验效率,缩短了试验周期。
In order to improve the efficiency of the propellant analysis and testing of the storage ammunition, we develope "Portable Comprehensive Information Platform for the Propellant Analysis and Testing". This paper analyzes the theory of the key part of the platform the data acquisition card for the SP2100 Gas Chromatographers and designs the hardware of the data acquisition card. While designing the software, we take a great time in designing the firmware and driver. The practical application indicates that the data acquisition card for the SP2100 Gas Chromatographers improves the automation and the efficiency of the testing system and reduces the time of testing.
