硅压阻式传感器误差补偿系统的开发

摘要 以MAXIM公司的MAX1457为核心,设计开发出了硅压阻式传感器的智能误差补偿系统。该系统由硬件和软件两部分组成,主要解决了硅压阻式传感器的一致性、温度漂移和非线性等问题,使它的输出精度达到了0.2%以内。同时给出了误差补偿系统的总体方案、信号调理电路的设计技术和MAX1457补偿系统软件的设计与实现。 The smart error compensation system is designed with MAX1457 as its core. The issues of consistency, temperature shift and non - linearity are solved by the system which is composed of hardware and software. An output error factor of silicon piezoresistive sensor is achieved within 0.2%. The main contents to be studied and solved are shown as follows:designing scheme of the error compensation system, studying and designing the signal conditioning circuit, designing and realizing the MAX1457 software development system.
