摘要
作者根据弯钩纤维在牵伸区运动的特点,建立了纤维伸直度与纤维间的头端移距偏差的关系式;并得出由于弯钩纤维的伸直现象而使它和其它纤维之间的头端移距偏差加大,导致输出纱条的附加不匀率显著增加的结论。通过生产验证了上述研究结论。
According to the characteristic of hooked fibre transfer in the drafting zone,the authors establish the formulars to express the relation between the straightness and the leading end shifting deviation of fibres, and derive the conclusion that the straightening phenomenon of hooked fibres enlarges the shift of leading end between the hooked fibre and other straightened fibre, thus lead to enlarge the additional irregularity of delivery sliver. The above conclusion has been expounded and proved by production test.
