摘要 分析了激光衍射理论在微内径测量上是可行的,并以此为指导研制可实际测量的激光微内径测试仪,通过实验测量的数据并对其进行精度分析,证明设计方案及原理是可行的。该研究成果可以应用到光纤对接、医用细胞注射器内径测量等技术上。 This paper aims at proving the feasibility of micro - inter diameter measurement through the analysis of laser diffraction theory. First, the instrument for laser micro -inter diameter measurement has been constructed with the guidance of this theory. Then the principle of this design will be proved being feasible by precise analysis of the measured data. In this way, the present key point concerning the measurement of micro-inter diameter can be solved. This technology can be applied to such fields as optical fiber connecting technology or the measurement of cell injectors' inter diameter for medical use.
