On the Construction of Harmonious Moral Education System of Socialism

构建社会主义和谐德育体系，加强社会主义道德建设，是我国社会主义和谐社会建设的内在要求，也是构建社会主义和谐社会的必要条件。党的十六届六中全会明确提出，以社会主义核心价值体系为根本，建设和谐文化，巩固社会和谐的思想道德基础。坚持依法治国与以德治国相结合，切实加强社会主义道德建设，整体构建学校、家庭、社会和谐德育体系。优化社会道德，提升个体品德，筑牢社会和谐的思想道德根基，是建立社会主义核心价值体系，建设社会主义和谐社会的必然选择。

Constructing harmonious moral education system of socialism and intensifying moral construction of socialism are inherent demand and necessary condition of construction of harmonious society of socialism. The 6th plenary session of the 16th central committee of the Communist Party of China definitely put forward that we should take the core value system of socialism as the base, to construct harmonious culture and consolidate ideological and moral basis of harmonious society. We also should insist on combining rule of law and rule virtue, strengthening moral construction of socialism, constructing harmonious moral system by integrating schools, families, society. Optimizing social moral, promoting individual virtue and constructing ideological and moral foundation of harmonious society are inevitable choice of constructing core value system of socialism and harmonious society of socialism.
