摘要
中国传统师生关系思想非常丰富,其主要特点是以社会和教师为本位,主张师道尊严;同时,也提出了教学相长、不迷信老师、师即友等带有民主、平等色彩的思想;注意把发挥教师的主导作用与启发学生自得结合起来;注重师生感情;注重教师自身的修养等。我们应从历史唯物主义立场出发,对这些思想一一进行解读与反思,扬弃其中的糟粕,在时代的旗帜下继承并超越传统师生关系思想。
The traditional thoughts about the relation between teachers and students of China are teeming. They regard the society and teachers as the foundation , claiming the teachers' dignity ; meanwhile, there are also ideas referred to teaching benefits teachers as well as students, being a teacher but also a friend and ideas with democratic and equal features like these. The traditional thoughts also emphasize combining the leading role of teachers and the enlightenment on the students and the self-learned spirit, especially caring about the emotion between teachers and students and the refinement of teachers themselves. We should analyze and reconsider those thoughts under the historical materialism, developing their usefulness and abandoning their uselessness and forming an advanced relation between teachers and students based on the traditional ones.
