摘要
个人知识在拥有主体、生成过程和存在价值等方面具有与公共知识不同的特别之处,它的出现是学生定位的转变、教育理论发展和教育研究范式变革的结果。教学中忽视个人知识导致了学生主体地位的失落、创造力的缺失以及知识体系的碎片化。个人知识教学的实现路径是把公共知识个人化作为教学目的,引入新的教学过程观,实行综合的教学评价。
Personal knowledge differs from common knowledge on owner, creation and value. The change of student 's identity, the evolution of theory of education and the progress of reaearch paradigm bring the birth of personal knowledge, The ignorance of it results in three questions : the lose of student's status, the lack of creativity and fragmentation the whole knowledge The teaching of personal knowledge will be achieved by regarding personal knowledge as the aim of teaching, introducing new course of teaching and general estimate of teaching.
