摘要
细胞凋亡是细胞自主的有序死亡,caspase家族在细胞凋亡中起着重要的作用,ICE(Interlukin-1 β-con-verting enzym e,白细胞介素-1β转换酶)是Caspase家族的一员,又称Caspase-1。为了了解家蚕ice-2和ice-5基因(GenBank登录号为:DQ360829和DQ360830)在凋亡信号通路中的作用,采用紫外线等刺激家蚕幼虫和家蚕细胞,利用荧光定量PCR的方法测定不同因素刺激下的ice-2和ice-5的表达量的变化。结果显示ice-2和ice-5都与家蚕的细胞信号转导有关,ice-5可能比ice-2起更重要的作用。
Cell apoptosis is an autonomic orderly programmed cell death. Caspase family play an important role cell apoptosis. ICE (Interlukin-1β -converting enzyme), named caspase-1, is the member of caspase family. In order to obtain more information about ice-2 and ice-5 new genes of the model insect silkworm on apoptosis pathways, silkworm larva and cells were stimulated by ultraviolet ray and so on. Real-time quantitative PCR was used to detect the expression diversification of the ice-2 and ice-5 genes under the stimulation of different factors. The result indicated that ice-2 and ice-5 genes were related with cell signaling transduction and ice-5 tended to play a more important role than ice-2 gene in apoptosis.
